About

Dr Irving Dardik

Irving Dardik was a noted vascular surgeon for decades, a surgical pioneer and inventor. His patented Dardik Biograft won the Hektoen Gold Medal, the AMA’s highest award for research.  He was the founding Chairman of the U.S. Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Council.

For the past 17 years , Dr. Dardik worked exclusively on understanding the primacy of rhythms or waves in nature. This radical shift in his life came after the unexpected exercise-induced sudden death in 1985 of his close friend Jack Kelly, a former Olympic athlete and President of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

He resigned from both the Olympics and his surgical practice to devote himself to studying the body’s physiological variability and rhythmic organization. This research, both theoretical and empirical, has led to his discovery of waves as the primary force in nature and his current work in understanding how waves can account for all natural phenomenon.

Writing your own powerful prescription for health

Through his medical and Olympic experience, former vascular surgeon and founder of the Sports Medicine Council of the US Olympic Committee, Irving Dardik recognized that all motion in life, from the macro to micro levels of all organisms is rhythmic. He further discovered that this rhythm is in sync with all natural rhythms such as moon cycles, circadian rhythm, high and low tides down to the atomic rhythms at the cellular level.

When all of the body's rhythms are working together in sync and in harmony with the natural rhythms around us, this causes the metabolism to re-synchronize and create health throughout the entire human body.

When these rhythms get out of sync and flatten out it causes disharmony and disorder, which causes disease.

This is a whole new understanding of health allowing the individual to be in charge of his or her own well-being by re-synchronizing the entire system, creating a sound and strong biology throughout the entire body. This is a true self empowerment causing health and allowing you to write your own powerful prescription for a better life.
